(hereinafter referred to as the “Data Controller”).
The Data Controller informs you, pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (“Italian Privacy Code”) and Art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”), that your personal data will be processed as described below.
The Data Controller processes personal identification data (name, surname, company name, address, telephone number, e-mail, bank and payment details) provided when entering into contracts or requesting services.
These data are referred to as “personal data”.
Personal data are processed for the following purposes:

execution of contracts related to the Controller’s services;
fulfilment of pre-contractual, contractual and tax obligations arising from the business relationship;
compliance with legal obligations, regulations, EU legislation or orders issued by Authorities (e.g., anti-money laundering laws);
exercising rights of the Data Controller (e.g., establishing or defending legal claims).
(Art. 23 and 130 Italian Privacy Code and Art. 7 GDPR), for marketing purposes:
sending newsletters, commercial communications and advertising material via e-mail, post, SMS and/or phone, including customer satisfaction surveys;
sending promotional communications from third parties (business partners, insurance companies, other companies).
Note: If you are already a customer, we may send you communications regarding services/products similar to those previously purchased, unless you object (Art. 130 para. 4 Italian Privacy Code).
Processing is carried out through the operations listed in Art. 4 of the Italian Privacy Code and Art. 4(2) GDPR, including:
collection, registration, organisation, storage, consultation, processing, modification, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, deletion, destruction.
Data may be processed on paper, electronically or by automated means.
Data retention:
Service-related purposes: up to 10 years after termination of the business relationship;
Marketing purposes: up to 2 years from collection.
Your personal data may be made accessible to:
employees and collaborators of the Data Controller, acting as internal data processors or persons authorised to process data;
third-party companies or professionals (e.g., banks, consultants, insurance companies) performing outsourced services on behalf of the Data Controller.
Without requiring consent (Art. 24 letters a,b,d Italian Privacy Code and Art. 6 letters b,c GDPR), data may be disclosed to:
Supervisory Authorities,
Judicial Authorities,
insurance companies,
parties to whom disclosure is required by law.
Such parties will process the data as independent Data Controllers.
Personal data will not be disseminated.
Personal data are stored on servers located within the European Union.
If necessary, the Data Controller may transfer data to non-EU countries.
In such cases, transfers will occur in compliance with GDPR through the use of Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
Mandatory for the purposes under section 2.A): without such data, the requested services cannot be provided.
Optional for marketing purposes under section 2.B): refusal prevents the sending of promotional communications but does not affect service delivery.
You may exercise the rights granted by Art. 7 of the Italian Privacy Code and Arts. 15–21 GDPR, including the right to:
obtain confirmation of the existence of your personal data;
access information about the origin, purposes, processing methods and the identity of the Data Controller and Processors;
request updating, rectification or integration of data;
request erasure, anonymisation or restriction of unlawfully processed data;
object, wholly or partly, to processing for legitimate reasons;
object to processing for marketing purposes (including partially: only automated, or only traditional methods);
exercise the right to data portability;
lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (Garante Privacy).
This website collects anonymous statistical data only, via Google Analytics (e.g., number of visitors, access times).
No personal data is stored in our databases or in third-party databases.
